1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Enki Labs (João Silva, tax number PT266404987), Portugal. For any question about your data, contact us at geral@enkilabs.pt.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, requested service, message and the source of your visit (for example, the ad or website that brought you here).
  • Browsing, only with your consent: Google Ads cookies that let us measure whether an ad led to a quote request.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and prepare a proposal.
  • To measure how well our ads work, only if you have accepted cookies.

We do not sell your data or use it to send marketing messages without your consent.

4. Legal basis

  • Contact and quote requests: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Advertising cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We use the following service providers, who process data only to provide those services to us:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery.
  • Web3Forms: delivering form messages to our email.
  • Google: ad measurement (Google Ads), only with your consent.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the transfer mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.

6. How long we keep it

Data sent through the form is kept for as long as needed to reply to and follow up on your request. If this leads to a business relationship, it is kept for the applicable legal periods. Google Ads cookies last for the period set by Google.

7. Cookies

  • Consent preference (enki-consent, stored in your browser): records whether you accepted or rejected cookies. It is needed to respect your choice.
  • Google Ads (for example, _gcl_au): only set if you click “Accept”.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its processing, request portability and withdraw consent by writing to geral@enkilabs.pt. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
